Privacy Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

How we collect, use and share personal information, and the choices you have.

THE TURN GOLF VENTURES LLC (“The Turn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates The Turn Virtual Golf Center and this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Scope

This policy covers information we collect through this website and, as our business grows, through our booking, membership, point-of-sale, customer-relationship and marketing systems, and in connection with visits to our facility.

Information you give us

Stay in the Loop signups. When you join our list we collect your first name, last name, email address and phone number. A phone number is required to submit this form. We also record which consent statements you agreed to and the page you submitted from.

Event and group inquiries. If you contact us about an event, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, contact details, the type and size of your event, preferred dates and any message you send.

Bookings, memberships and visits. As these become available, we may collect information needed to reserve a bay, manage a membership, process a purchase, or serve you at our facility.

Direct contact. If you email us or reach us through social media, we receive whatever you choose to send.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this website, our hosting provider and systems receive technical information sent by your browser. This includes your IP address, browser and device characteristics, the pages you view, referring pages and timestamps.

We process IP addresses to operate and protect the site — including limiting how often a form can be submitted from the same address, in order to reduce automated and abusive submissions.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include pixels and tags.

We do not use cookies for advertising or measurement unless you allow them. Where we offer a cookie choice on this site, your selection is stored in your browser so we can remember it, and you can change it at any time using the cookie preferences option on the site.

Some cookies may be necessary for parts of the site or for third-party services to function — for example a booking system. These are not used for advertising.

Advertising and measurement

The Turn may use advertising and measurement technologies, including the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Google Ads tags (Google LLC), to understand how people find and use our site, to measure the results of our advertising, and to show ads on other platforms to people who have visited our site.

Where these technologies are used, they may set cookies and send information to Meta or Google — such as your IP address, the pages you viewed, your browser and device information, and the time of your visit. Meta and Google may combine this with information they already hold, including with an account you are signed in to on their services. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

We load these advertising technologies based on the cookie choice you make on this site. If you decline, we do not load them.

You can also review Meta’s and Google’s own advertising controls through their platforms.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiries and requests;
  • send you updates, offers and news about The Turn where you have asked to receive them;
  • provide and manage bookings, memberships and services;
  • operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and business;
  • understand how our site and marketing perform; and
  • keep records and meet obligations that apply to our business.

How information is shared

We share personal information with:

  • Owners and authorized staff of The Turn;
  • Service providers and marketing partners who need access to help us operate the business, website, CRM, booking system, advertising and marketing. These currently include our customer-relationship and email platform (HubSpot) and our website hosting provider, and may include booking, payment and advertising providers as our systems grow;
  • Advertising platforms, as described above, where you have allowed advertising technologies; and
  • Others where required, such as to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety and property of The Turn, our customers or others. We may also share information in connection with a sale or transfer of our business or assets.

Payments

Where payments are taken, they may be processed by third-party booking, payment or point-of-sale providers. Those providers handle your payment details under their own terms and privacy policies. We may receive confirmation of a transaction and related details, such as what was purchased and when.

Marketing communications

If you have asked to hear from us, we may send you email about openings, memberships, events, promotions and giveaways. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at the address below. We may still send you messages relating to a booking, membership or request you have made.

Retention

We retain customer and lead information for as long as it is reasonably useful for legitimate business purposes, including maintaining customer relationships, providing services, marketing, recordkeeping and operating The Turn. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, upon a valid deletion request, or where required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

This website is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Anyone under 13 should have a parent or legal guardian submit information on their behalf. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information directly, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Where we operate

The Turn operates in Pennsylvania, United States. This website and our marketing are currently intended for customers in the United States, and information we collect is handled in the United States.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can:

  • unsubscribe from marketing email at any time;
  • change your cookie choice using the cookie preferences option on this site;
  • use your browser settings to block or delete cookies; and
  • contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, or to request that we correct or delete it.

Our site links to other services, including social media and third-party providers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. No website, system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send to us.
